WinFax PRO Macro for Word XP/2000/2003

This is a software tool that helps send out faxes from Microsoft Word.

This tool will let you send faxes directly from Microsoft Word XP/2002/2003 or Word 2000 without switching the printer driver to WinFax PRO or TalkWorks. It would be possible to send mail merge faxes to a list of Outlook contacts or other fax contact lists. This utility adds an icon on the toolbar and menu for one-click faxing. This can be an address database linked to the Word. This utility supports Internet faxing through faxing services. Fax merges via the Internet Fax service also is available. The tool will let you apply styles to a Word document. Macros will let you automatically retrieve fax numbers and name styles and populate the Send dialog box automatically. This is compatible with Word 2000, Word 2003 and Word XP 2002.

 

The utility is compatible with most of WinFax and TalkWorks versions and supports WinFax Basic Edition included with Norton SystemWorks 2001 and 2002, WinFax PRO 8.02, 9.0x, 10.0x, and TalkWorks PRO 2.0 or 3.0. Support for Photo Quality fax printer with WinFax PRO 10 or WinFax Basic Edition 10 is also available. The tool will help send your fax merges in best possible quality. The macro is made secure with digital id so that the macro cannot be changed without authorized access.
